VANCORE is a women's fashion boutique born from a simple question asked at a kitchen table in North London: "Why is it so hard to just find something beautiful that doesn't cost a fortune?"

That question changed everything.

 

How It All Began

She didn't set out to build a brand. She was a woman in her forties, juggling work, school runs, and the kind of life that leaves little room for herself. But she always noticed what women wore — not in a judgmental way, quite the opposite. She noticed when a woman walked into a room and looked right. Confident. Put-together. Not because she was wearing something expensive, but because she was wearing something that fit her.

One afternoon, after struggling to find a dress for a friend's wedding, she turned to her daughter Emily and said those words out loud. Emily laughed — then said: "So let's fix that."

VANCORE started as a small online shop. Just a few carefully chosen pieces, a laptop on the kitchen table, and a lot of late nights. No grand plan. Just a simple belief: every woman deserves to feel elegant, without having to choose between quality and price
